This board will play a pivotal role in amplifying the foundation’s mission through strategic marketing, volunteer mobilization, and community-driven initiatives.
The Bigger Than Food Foundation (501c3) is committed to transforming the economic prospects of both rural and urban communities, creating sustainable change by fostering local business growth, food accessibility, and cultural empowerment. The For The Culture YP Board will serve as a driving force behind this mission, harnessing the creativity, expertise, and influence of young professionals to create lasting impact.
Meet the Founding Members of the For The Culture YP Board
Each founding member brings a unique skill set, with a special emphasis on brand marketing, digital strategy, and community engagement—key elements in expanding the foundation’s reach and effectiveness.
- Tre Smith – Oklahoma’s go-to expert for food reviews, events, and local hotspots, Tre will leverage his platform to highlight food culture, accessibility, and economic growth in communities.
- Evin Luton – A digital marketing specialist and lifestyle ambassador, Evin will lead innovative campaigns to connect new audiences with the foundation’s mission.
- Michaela Hardeman – Cofounder of KayLamar and a tourism specialist, Michaela’s expertise in destination marketing will help showcase the cultural richness of communities.
- Marcus Brooks – Cofounder of KayLamar, Certified Nutritionist & Personal Trainer, Marcus brings a passion for food equity and wellness, advocating for sustainable food solutions and healthy living.
These trailblazers will drive the YP Board’s vision of uniting leaders ages 25-40 to shape the future of economic empowerment—ensuring that every neighborhood has the opportunity to thrive.
